In this section you can find the prices on participation in Conference&Expo DOCFLOW 2010 Moscow.
IN ORDER TO TAKE PART IN THE EVENT THE PARTICIPANT HAS TO:

fill in and sign the template of the contract-request on DOCFLOW 2010 Moscow participation;
send 2 copies with the original stamp on the following address: 127273, Russia, Moscow, p/o box 32, company ABBYY, «For Maria Vladimirova».
send the copy of the signed contract-request via e-mail docflow@docflow.ru or via fax +7 (495) 783-26-63.

Requests will be accepted till the March 19th 2010.
Please be aware: The preferential prices are valid only before the March 19th, 2010.

* The priority to select stand space and speech time slots rests with the General Sponsor. Next in line are Sponsors, in the order in which they submitted their applications. Stand priority continues in effect until February 12, 2010 Time slot priority continues in effect until March 19, 2010. Once the above deadlines expire, the space and time slots are allotted on the general basis.
** An analytical advertisement–free report must be prepared within the time frame and in accordance with the requirements defined by the Organizer. The report must be approved by the Organizing Committee. The number of reports is limited.
*** On the DOCFLOW premises, registration will be carried out in two stages. Badges will be distributed on the ground floor next to the entrance. Only attendees on the Organizer’s list are entitled to badges. Visitors without badges will not be admitted. Attendee kits will be distributed on the first floor. Each attendee is entitled to a kit that contains one DOCFLOW Catalogue and materials of the conference. Attendees who have not registered on www.DOCFLOW.ru will need to fill in an attendee questionnaire before they can receive their attendee kits.
**** The exact number of materials to be confirmed by the Sponsor with the Organizer 60 days before DOCFLOW starts.
All materials to be provided by the sponsor must be delivered to the Organizer’s office 30 days before the start of DOCFLOW. If no materials are delivered, the Organizer may use its own materials to organize the registration process.
